Surprise Cast #105 Slowness (Part 1)

In this personal episode of Surprise Cast, I welcome Jules Lynn and Geoffrey Scott, members of the San Francisco-based band, Slowness. Known for their unique sound that seamlessly blends shoegaze, dream pop, slowcore, and some psych rock, Slowness offers a rich and immersive auditory experience.

Jules, the bassist, vocalist and keyboardist, shares her journey in music, her role in the band, and the influences that shaped her artistic path. She reflects on the importance of creativity, perseverance ("get shit done") and balancing life as a musician and a mother.
